Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Layout Specialist to join our client, a prestigious energy and electricity provider organization based in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating site requests for layout impacts, gathering inputs, assessing cross-discipline effects, and proposing solutions using 3D models.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate site requests for layout impacts and propose solutions using 3D models.
  • Collaborate with HVAC, Piping, Electrical, and contractors to ensure design alignment.
  • Manage modifications, document lessons learned, and support design closure.

Requirements

  • Proficient in 3D design tools like Navisworks and layout visualization.
  • Strong understanding of layout rules and nuclear power station safety.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office for technical documentation and analysis.

Benefits and Salary

This role offers a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, you will also have the opportunity to work with a prestigious client and contribute to the success of their energy and electricity projects.
