Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Cowdenbeath, Scotland. As a key member of our support team, you will work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide dedicated support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving deskside problems and addressing break/fix issues
  • Utilize standard Windows-based applications and tools, such as M365, Win10, A.D, and SCCM, to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in an on-call rota (optional), providing additional support and standby services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in resolving technical issues and providing support services
  • Diagnostic and support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications and tools
  • Confidence in addressing break/fix issues
  • Desirable: experience with Apple OSX, IoS, and Mac
