Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large caseload of lease extension cases, including some remortgage files.
  • Advise on both statutory and voluntary lease extension matters.
  • Liaise effectively with other departments, including remortgage and conveyancing teams.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and third parties, building strong relationships and keeping them updated on progress.
