Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting clients with their medication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
