The Mortgage Product Pricing team at OSB Group is a dynamic and proactive group responsible for setting pricing for our mortgage range across all OSB brands. They monitor market trends, economic movements, and business performance to design products and pricing that meet our goals and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business by ensuring pricing is aligned to key business targets for the Precise Mortgages, KRFI, and InterBay Commercial brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and maintaining knowledge records of key competitors, pricing, and high-level lending criteria to ensure market analysis is always readily available.
- Using existing market and internal performance data to analyse which areas of the business any changes are likely to impact, reporting key competitor movements to the wider products team.
- Taking a proactive approach by making recommendations and proposals based on the latest market trends.
- Collaborating with our Mortgage BI team to ensure the information used across the business is the most appropriate and identifies key areas of performance.
- Working alongside Product Managers to support the pricing for each line to achieve business targets for balance growth, returns, and within risk appetite.

RequirementsWe are looking for talented individuals with experience in product data analysis and market competitor analysis, producing reports that highlight potential risks and opportunities. You should have detailed knowledge of current and new analysis methods, intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and advanced organisational/prioritisation and attention to detail skills.
