About the Role
  • As a Duty & Assessment Social Worker, you will be responsible for identifying needs, developing plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of those in need.
  • You will work closely with other professionals to ensure seamless support and care, making a tangible difference in the community.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
