Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled FLT Driver to join our team at Proman Recruitment. As a FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move goods around the storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift to move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
  • Stack goods in the correct storage bays, following stock control instructions
  • Check loads are secure
  • Stack empty pallets
  • Perform daily equipment checks, including recharging the truck's battery (if the truck is electric)
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks by hand where necessary

Requirements:

  • Valid or expired license/certificate to operate a counterbalance
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
