About the Role

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to our Development and Global Support Functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Development & GSF Leadership and wider teams, to drive financial planning and reporting.
  • Facilitate and support monthly, quarterly, and 5-year plan consolidated reviews within allocated timescales.
  • Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance across assigned teams.
  • Provide analytical analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports and KPIs to business strategies, supporting Executive objectives.
  • Support the integration of new initiatives throughout Global Business Services and into Business as Usual.
  • Lead on financial input for all projects, including R&D (capex & opex).
  • Support new business and CI initiatives, including the implementation of a new Reporting and Planning tool from a SME perspective.
  • Set up and maintain cost centers and lead all Development & GSF allocations across brands and markets, including 3rd party invoicing/allocations with GBS.
  • Support and analyze financial business cases and input ad hoc requests.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of finance background in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced numerical, reporting, and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical skills working with financial IT systems, such as E1, TM1, PLANFUL, and Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication/presentation skills in English.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills, working in a cross-functional organization matrix.
  • Ability to think outside the box and influence and proactively challenge.
  • Knowledge of a Pharmaceutical commercial environment from both a sales and operations aspect.
