Chemistry Expert

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging Science curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on expertise and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Science and the ability to inspire students to explore the wonders of the scientific world. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as adaptability and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications aligned with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS). • Design and deliver stimulating Science lessons that align with the national curriculum and the schools educational ethos.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement, participation, and a sense of wonder about the natural world.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth and development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.
