Thera Trust is a leading charity that empowers individuals with learning disabilities to take on leadership roles in society. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA to provide day-to-day support to our Managing Director, Senior Management team, and Operational teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. As a Strategic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating operational meetings, board meetings, and sub-committees. Your responsibilities will include preparing meeting papers and reports, taking minutes, and liaising with colleagues to review and follow up on actions.

You will also be responsible for coordinating projects, collecting and analysing data, and reporting to senior management. Effective communication and diplomacy are essential skills for this role, as you will work closely with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar PA or administrative role, preferably in a senior management environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A full driving licence and willingness to travel within the region, occasionally to events or meetings
