Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team at a lovely Primary School in Wigan. As a key member of our education staff, you will provide essential support to students and teachers, enhancing the learning experience.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children within the classroom, including one-to-one support work and group sessions to address any knowledge gaps. You will work closely with teachers to ensure students progress and reach their full potential. Your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles will make you an invaluable asset to our school community.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of working with challenging behavior and possess the necessary skills to motivate and engage students. This position requires a minimum of an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), as well as professional reference checks. A valid UK work permit is also mandatory.
