We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ernest and Florent, a leading building and refurbishment contractor specializing in high-end residential projects in London.

The successful candidate will work on two residential refurbishment projects in Central London, one with a budget of £3 million and the other with a budget of £8 million. The projects involve high-end finishes and intricate joinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional standards of work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-end residential projects, with budgets exceeding £2 million.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Construction background, with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
