About the Position:

At Ritz Recruitment, we are looking for a dedicated Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team. As an experienced engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our student housing portfolio by carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks.

This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.

In addition to performing routine maintenance tasks and handling minor repairs, you will also be expected to conduct health and safety checks, manage maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors as needed.

A key aspect of this position is effective communication and teamwork, which will help you achieve exceptional results and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
