Job Overview

Careers In Design (Recruitment) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Production Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for supporting the production process and ensuring the highest quality of furniture products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough condition and quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
  2. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, workshops, and artists to ensure seamless collaboration.
  4. Assist with exhibition and fair planning/installations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CS, Rhino 3D, and Keyshot software.
  2. Knowledge of various materials and production processes, including bronze, wood, steel, resin, and decorative finishes.
  3. Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage deliverables and meet team goals.
  4. Experience in the production of luxury, bespoke, and limited ranges of sculptural/artistic furniture, lighting, and accessories.
  5. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products.
