## Job Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction-biased business, where you can help support the FM division as a HVAC/AC Engineer. You'll be working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites, and servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings.

## Key Responsibilities

* Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings
* Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers
* Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites
* General ad-hoc maintenance tasks when required

## Requirements

* Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPI's
* NVQ level 2 in AC
