Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at one of our residential homes in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and safe environment for young people, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and management to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of young people.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, child care).
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior supervisory role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
