We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Supervisor to join our team at Care UK, a multi-award-winning care provider.

The Role

  • To supervise and support the care team during your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
  • To case manage residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on location)

About the Role

We are looking for a caring and experienced individual to supervise our care team. As a Resident Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our care staff, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • To supervise and support the care team during your shift, focusing on delivering excellent care to our residents.

Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in health and social care, such as a diploma or degree.
  • Proven experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
