We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director / Financial Controller to join our team at WH Finance Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our rapidly expanding construction related business.

Your primary focus will be on providing strategic financial guidance and support to the board, as well as managing one finance assistant who handles transactional processing. This will enable you to focus on high-level financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and improving profitability.

You will work closely with the Commercial Director and Procurement Manager to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, and implement changes to drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining effective financial systems and processes.

We are looking for a commercially astute qualified accountant with a strong track record of success in a similar role. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about finance and business growth, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the board
