The role offers part-hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work from home or in the office, depending on your preference. You will engage with medium to large commercial office fit-outs (CAT A & B), providing opportunities to develop your skills in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to the success of commercial office fit-outs (CAT A & B) by providing accurate estimates and project plans.
  2. Work closely with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Maintain and improve your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the building services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
