Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bank Theatre Nurse/ODP to join our Anaesthetics & Recovery team at Nuffield Health Shrewsbury Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing anaesthetics and recovery procedures
- Work collaboratively with consultants, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise and support junior staff members to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based care practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
