About Us: As a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, we are seeking an experienced Proposals Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop key contractor relationships to manage contractor and supplier pricing matrices/databases.
  • Interpret customer performance requirements, specifications, and technically related documents.
  • Produce high-quality engineering documents, including technical and creative writing, document formatting, and copywriting of Tenders/Proposals.
  • Utilize commercial awareness and contract negotiation skills to support the development of new sales opportunities.
  • Manage multiple tenders and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or proposals engineering within mechanical, LV electrical, or renewable technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Green Technologies, including battery, solar, and heat pump systems.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of contract negotiations and database management.
