Key Holder Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and supporting the store management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling as required.
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
Requirements
- A warm and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and use own initiative.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in a customer service role, with face-to-face customer contact.
- Experience in a retail environment, with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
