Job Title: Experienced Sales Professional for New Homes

Located in the beautiful South West region, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an New Homes Sales Consultant.

About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional, you will be responsible for selling properties, developments, and lifestyles near Exeter. You will take customers and potential clients on tours of the developments, managing all aspects of the sale through to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively work within a group of business development professionals to achieve sales targets
* Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to completion
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Identify areas for growth and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales

Requirements:
* Commercial acumen and good sales track record
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Location:
This role is commutable from Exeter, Devon, and surrounding areas. Our office is located in the heart of Exeter, providing easy access to local amenities and public transportation.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (OTE), depending on experience.
