Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management in advanced manufacturing engineering roles, from tender to launch.
  • Apply chemical engineering expertise to optimize processes with material handling practices.
  • Manage vendors and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain processes across the business.
  • Own relevant documents and provide customer-facing support.
  • Collaborate with plant, operational, and quality teams to drive practical and theoretical guidance.
  • Generate and maintain documentation, including control plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, and manufacturing Bill of Materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry progression through market research.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering or similar role.
  • Experienced HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Excellent reporting skills, verbal and written, using MS Office suite.
  • Candidates with relevant experience and skills are considered, regardless of qualifications.

  • 18-24 month FTC (Inside IR35).
