Support Worker for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant at a respected school in Gillingham. As part of our dynamic group, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the growth and development of students with special educational needs.
About the Position- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of students with disabilities.

- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Competitive pay rates: £85-£110 per day.
