An exciting new role has arisen for a dedicated Physiotherapist to work in a leading mental health hospital based in the Stapleton, Bristol area.
You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider to deliver high-quality Physiotherapy services to patients.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and have evidence of CPD, preferably in a mental health service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs, planning and delivering relevant interventions.
- Maintain close working relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical practice aligns with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to business growth by promoting the therapy service in line with the local unit's business plan.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, carers, and purchasers throughout the patient's rehabilitation.
Experience in mental health and ideally inpatient settings is essential. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, cooperating with other therapists, and supervising Student Physiotherapists.
