About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at V-Recruit. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our client's financial operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in using accounting software and excel. Excellent communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position, working 25-30 hours per week, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Administer and monitor petty cash
  • Reconcile donations from online platforms, standing orders, and direct debits
  • Maintain donor database (Etapstry)
  • Assist with year-end process, ensuring compliance with SORP
