Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Margate. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is desirable but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
  • An attractive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
