Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality meals for our school team and pupils.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and serving area, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain food handling and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Uphold the reputation of Sodexo and our clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing pressure.
  • Impeccable punctuality and dependability, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11am to 2pm.
  • Term-time only contract, paid over 52 weeks.
