- Experience in a business development or consultative sales role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or related industry
- Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills – able to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn – able to grasp new concepts and keep up with the latest digital marketing trends
- A team player who is energized, a self-starter, and ambitious
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Based in or within reasonable commuting distance of East Lancashire
- Competitive base salary with a generous commission structure (OTE £60,000+)
