About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Supported Living team. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke round-the-clock care to autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal and household tasks, including meal preparation and shopping
  • Accompany individuals on outings and holidays, and assist with accessing healthcare services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure high-quality care and support

About You

We are looking for a caring and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting people with autism and/or neurodiversity. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. While experience in health and social care is not essential, you will have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn and develop your skills.
