Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Rang/Senior Waiter to join our team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• To deliver excellence in food and beverage service, following Palé Hall standards of performance at all times.
• To demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation, appropriately dressed in company uniform and adhering to the dress policy.
• To have a thorough up-to-date knowledge of the menus on offer throughout the year, including the components, presentation, and delivery of each individual dish.
• To provide a swift and professional service to hotel guests in the restaurants and lounges.
• To be knowledgeable and competent in preparing and dispensing wine, cocktails, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to the required standard.
• To proactively communicate customer feedback and new ideas/suggestions for continuous improvement of customer service.
• To maintain a positive and flexible attitude to the working environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years waiting on experience in a fine dining establishment. At least one year at chef de rang level.
• Exceptional personal presentation
