Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Judicial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will be responsible for supporting judges and magistrates in the delivery of justice, enforcing court judgments and orders, and serving legal documents.
In this varied role, you will work closely with judges, magistrates, and other stakeholders to ensure that justice is served. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to handle complex cases and tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting judges and magistrates in the delivery of justice
- Enforcing court judgments and orders
- Serving legal documents, including warrants and notices
- Managing relationships with judges, magistrates, and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of judicial processes and laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driving license and roadworthy vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations throughout the day.
