Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff
The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join their dynamic private hedge fund team in the heart of London. As an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff, you will be the right-hand person to the management team, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic support.

  1. Recruiting and Onboarding
    Recruit, onboard, and integrate new employees into the team, ensuring a smooth transition and effective onboarding process.
  2. Executive Diaries and Scheduling
    Manage executive diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure the management team's time is utilized efficiently.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Administrative Support
    Monitor performance, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate records to ensure the team's success.
  4. Confidentiality and Discretion
    Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data.
  5. Events and Travel Arrangements
    Coordinate and organize events, travel arrangements, and other logistical aspects to support the team's needs.
  6. HR Functions and Work Environment
    Support HR functions, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the team's well-being and development.
  7. Special Projects and Initiatives
    Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Skills Required:

  1. Passion for HR and Financial Services
    Prior experience in HR is preferred, but a passion for HR and long-term ambitions to develop in financial services is essential.
  2. Excellent English Writing Skills
    Excellent English writing skills are required to effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders.
  3. Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required to maintain accurate records and perform data analysis.
