We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our surgical units. In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled and dynamic team, addressing a diverse range of medical specialties. Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Assess and monitor patients' health and well-being across a complex and evolving caseload.
- Facilitate the delivery of care tailored to individual health and wellness needs.
- Communicate complex, sensitive, or contentious information effectively.

Who We Are Looking For:
- You will be a qualified Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Ability to work effectively within teams with minimal supervision.
- Experience in an acute care environment is essential.
- Proficiency across a range of clinical skills, supported by professional knowledge obtained through state registration.
- A background in surgical nursing is preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to expand their experience in this area.
Working Hours: Full-Time - Must be available for night shifts (12-hour shifts from 07:00-19:30 or 19:00-07:30, covering three shifts within a seven-day period).
