Key Responsibilities- Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership on enterprise architecture initiatives, including business strategy, technology strategy, capability modeling, and business gap analysis.
- Technology Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, including roadmaps, cost analysis, and technology metrics.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including C-Suite, business leaders, and engineers, to ensure that technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Architects to deliver high-quality architecture solutions that meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in leading and owning the enterprise architecture of a significant platform estate, including managing value, opportunities, inventory, roadmaps, rationalization, and total cost.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and agreeing investment decisions at a portfolio and individual technology level, including preparing materials for and presenting at senior levels.
- Strong technical skills in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and business analysis, including experience with modern computing paradigms and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
