Job Summary

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Manager to join their team. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical matters, including design and approvals, and leading the design team to ensure timely and effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design process from planning application to project completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead design team meetings and ensure that queries are resolved in a timely manner, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical advice on the feasibility of projects, identifying potential risks and developing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a design lead with a strong track record of success in senior-level positions.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in modern methods of construction and timber frame housing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and deliver effective solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time management and project planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
