Whether you're installing, diagnosing faults, or making critical repairs, you'll be equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and attitude to make every interaction a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive company vans and manage your day effectively, working mainly independently.
  • Test, diagnose, and fix white goods in customers' homes.
  • Provide and implement technical expertise across a range of white goods appliances.
  • Contribute to building our reputation as a home services expert.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
