NXTGEN are working with an expanding SME business as they recruit a Management Accountant to join their team based near Peterborough. Working closely with the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will work to ensure all month end reports and accompanying management information are delivered.

This will include working with operational teams to provide insight on operational performance as well as producing insightful cost analyses. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. The business offers a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a competitive salary package.
