Owen Paulo Legal Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join their team as an Assistant Conveyancer. This is a full-time office-based role in Canterbury, covering 08.00 hours Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Conveyancers to support clients throughout the conveyancing process, utilizing third-party websites to progress transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients from instruction to exchange with regular communication and updates
- Utilizing third-party websites to progress transactions
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, Housing Associations, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs A - C/9-4 or equivalent, with English Language or Literature being one of the five GCSEs obtained
- Prior experience in conveyancing is advantageous but not required
Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
