About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our clients in the Technology, Engineering, Creative, and Finance markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates for our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the Technology, Engineering, Creative, and Finance markets
