About the Role:



We are looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Starbucks store. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of store appearance and cleanliness, and managing a team of baristas to achieve sales targets.



Your Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and improve productivity
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of safety and security, adhering to company policies and procedures

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a track record of achieving results and developing teams

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
