Program Overview

The Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme is a 12-36 month program that offers a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. You'll start as a Pest Control Technician, providing invaluable support to customers while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training.

Career Pathways

During the program, you'll have the opportunity to choose your own career path down one of the following roles:

  • Sales Surveyor
  • Service Team Leader
  • Key Account Manager
  • Field Biologist

Our graduate scheme offers a flexible and personalised approach to career development, allowing you to choose the career path that aligns with your aspirations.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme, you must possess a minimum of a 2:2 in one of the following subject matters:

  • BSC in any Science related field:
  • Zoology
  • Life Sciences
  • Environmental Sciences
  • Biology
  • Geography

Or BA Hons in any of the following:

  • Business Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Events Management
  • Hotel Management
  • International Hospitality Management
  • Business economics and finance
  • Retail Management
  • Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management
  • Food Industry Management
  • Retail Business Management
  • Hospitality Management

You must also possess a full UK driving license, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to varying work patterns.
