We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at HVAC Total FM Recruitment in Bedford. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, painting and decorating, and tiling.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment, with the ability to perform basic handyperson duties and carry out tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, which includes 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, overtime and call-out opportunities, and auto-enrolment in our company pension scheme.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform painting and decorating tasks to maintain the appearance of the building.
• Carry out tiling tasks to repair or replace damaged areas.
