About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to take on a challenging role in a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regular quality checks and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and implement risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
  • Review and update existing procedures to ensure adherence to ISO standards.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on quality assurance processes and progress.
  • Prepare detailed reports to advise the Board on future-proofing the business and ensuring continued adherence to relevant standards.
Requirements
  • Electrical Engineer or similar with a background in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
