About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Haven, a leading provider of holiday experiences. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business decisions and improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting capabilities to provide valuable insights to our Procurement team and wider business.
  • Design and implement new reporting requirements using Tableau and other tools.
  • Enhance and evolve supplier spend data analysis and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights.
  • Report on key KPIs and compliance from suppliers and understand the impact of performance measures.
  • Assist with modeling and complex analysis of information for budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and a good level of Tableau proficiency.
  • The ability to work with large amounts of data and translate findings concisely.
  • A proven track record in an analytical role.
  • A good understanding of KPIs and commercial levers and their impact on financial performance.
  • The ability to simplify complex analysis into easily understood language.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL (an advantage).
