Deputy Home Manager Job Description

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team in Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home during office hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the care home and maintain high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve operational excellence.
  • Assist with the management of staff and ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure their implementation.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience working in a residential care setting.
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
