Teaching and Learning Specialist

A Teaching and Learning Specialist (English) is required by our client, a SEMH school in Enfield, to develop and deliver effective English teaching strategies across KS3/KS4.
The successful candidate will work closely with the school's leadership team to implement educational initiatives that improve student outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and teaching methodologies.
Key qualifications include a degree in a relevant subject, English and Maths or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent, QTS, and SEN/SEMH or PRU experience.
