Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Showroom Advisor to join our team at The People Pod. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your passion for interior design with exceptional customer service skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers in our high-end showroom, handling enquiries, and preparing detailed quotes.

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcome and assist customers in our high-end showroom
  • Handle enquiries over the phone and via email with professionalism
  • Prepare detailed quotes and learn the basics of building materials and heating principles
  • Training is provided for reading architectural plans if required
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
