p>M-Tec Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and leadership, with experience in supervising teams and managing maintenance schedules. They will also have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to identify and implement improvements.

The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility
  2. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  3. Identifying and implementing improvements to manufacturing processes
  4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  5. Providing training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their best, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
